Adjustable cheese slicer making slicing cheese easier and ensures you enjoy complete slices of cheese. 3 thickness settings by simply rotating the small knob at the base. Set to desired thickness, rest the roller against the front of the cheese with the blade on the top the push down. The blade is spring loaded to ensure the cheese is cut completely. Holes in the blade prevent the cheese from sticking. The blade does not have a sharp edge which means that it won't go blunt and is safe for children to use. Ideal for medium to hard cheeses.
